3. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Legal Terms.
- You are not a minor under the laws of your jurisdiction.

- Intellectual Property Violations: Delete or modify any copyright notice, trademark, or other proprietary rights notice from any Content.
- Impersonation: Attempt to impersonate another user or person, or use the credentials or username of another user.
- Passive Data Collection Mechanisms: Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or transmit) any material that functions as an unauthorized tracking or data collection mechanism, including but not limited to:
- Clear GIFs
- 1x1 pixels
- Web bugs
- Cookies
- Other spyware or passive collection mechanisms (PCMs).
- Network Interference: Interfere with, disrupt, or impose an undue burden on the Services or the networks and systems supporting them.
- Harassment of Our Personnel: Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents involved in providing the Services.
- Access Restrictions: Attempt to bypass or disable any measures designed to prevent or restrict access to any part of the Services.
- Software Manipulation: Copy or adapt the Services' source code or software, including but not limited to Flash, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, or any other programming code.
- Reverse Engineering: Except where permitted by applicable law, attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any software component of the Services.
- Unapproved Automated Systems: Use, launch, develop, or distribute any unauthorised automated system, including but not limited to:
- Spiders
- Robots
- Cheat utilities
- Scrapers
- Offline readers
- Any unauthorized scripts or software.
*(This does not apply to standard search engine or internet browser use.)* - Unauthorized Purchasing Agents: Use a buying agent or purchasing agent to make purchases through the Services.
- Harvesting User Data: Engage in any unauthorized use of the Services, including:
- Collecting usernames and/or email addresses by automated means for spam or solicitation.
- Creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretenses.
- Competitive and Commercial Use: Use the Services in any manner intended to compete with us, or for any commercial enterprise, revenue-generating activity, or reselling of Content without our express written permission.
- Unlawful Advertising: Use the Services to advertise, promote, or sell goods or services without our prior approval.
- Transfer of User Accounts: Sell, lease, or otherwise transfer your user account or profile to another party.
Any violation of this Prohibited Activities section may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services without notice, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action where applicable.
5. USER-GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS
The Services do not currently allow users to submit or post content. However, we may, at our discretion, provide opportunities for users to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials to us or via the Services. These may include, but are not limited to, text, writings, videos, audio files, photographs, graphics, comments, suggestions, personal information, or other materials (collectively, "Contributions").
Contributions may be viewable by other users of the Services and through third-party websites. When you create or make available any Contributions, you represent and warrant that:

- Your Contributions are not false, inaccurate, or misleading.
- Your Contributions do not constitute unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, pyramid schemes, chain letters, spam, mass mailings, or other forms of solicitation.
- Your Contributions are not obscene, lewd, lascivious, defamatory, libellous, slanderous, harassing, violent, hateful, or otherwise objectionable (as determined by us).
- Your Contributions do not ridicule, mock, disparage, intimidate, or abuse any individual.
- Your Contributions are not used to harass, threaten, or incite violence against any person or group.
- Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule.
- Your Contributions do not infringe upon the privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other legal rights of third parties.
- Your Contributions do not contain or link to material that violates any law, including but not limited to laws concerning child pornography, the protection of minors, or any content harmful to children.
- Your Contributions do not include offensive comments or hate speech related to race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other legally protected characteristic.
- Your Contributions do not violate these Legal Terms or link to content that does.
Breach of this Section
Any use of the Services in violation of the above terms constitutes a material breach of these Legal Terms and may result in:
- Immediate removal of the offending Contribution(s).
- Termination or suspension of your rights to use the Services.
- Legal action, including claims for damages, where applicable.
We reserve the right to remove, edit, or refuse to publish any Contributions at our sole discretion and without notice if they violate these Legal Terms or are otherwise deemed inappropriate.
6. CONTRIBUTION LICENCE
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that we may access, store, process, and use any information and personal data that you provide, including your preferences and settings, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By submitting suggestions, feedback, or other input regarding the Services, you grant us a licence to use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
We do not claim ownership over your Contributions. You retain full ownership of all intellectual property and proprietary rights associated with them.
We are not responsible for any statements or representations made in your Contributions. You assume full responsibility for any Contributions you submit and expressly waive any claims against us related to those Contributions.
Any breach of this section may result in the removal of your Contributions and the suspension or termination of your access to the Services.
7. GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS
We may provide users with the ability to leave reviews or ratings on the Services. By posting a review, you agree to the following conditions:
- You must have direct and genuine experience with the person, entity, or service being reviewed.
- Reviews must not contain offensive language, including but not limited to profanity, abusive, racist, or hateful remarks.

14. GOVERNING LAW
These Legal Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, with the express exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
If your habitual residence is within the European Union (EU) and you are a consumer, you are additionally entitled to the mandatory protections provided under the laws of your country of residence.
Both Przemysław Oberbek and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London. This means that:
- You may bring claims either in the United Kingdom or in the EU country where you reside if the claim relates to consumer protection rights.
15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
15.1 Informal Negotiations
To expedite resolution and reduce costs, the Parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Legal Terms (each a "Dispute" and collectively, the "Disputes") through informal negotiations before initiating arbitration.
- The Parties must engage in good-faith discussions for at least thirty (30) days before proceeding with arbitration.
- Informal negotiations commence when one Party provides written notice of the Dispute to the other Party.
15.2 Binding Arbitration
If the Dispute is not resolved through informal negotiations, it shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Internal Rules of the European Court of Arbitration, which is part of the European Centre of Arbitration, based in Strasbourg.
- The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, selected in accordance with the applicable rules.
- The seat of arbitration shall be London, United Kingdom.
- The language of arbitration shall be English.
- The substantive law governing the arbitration shall be United Kingdom law.
15.3 Restrictions
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Parties agree that:
(a) No arbitration shall be combined with any other proceeding.
(b) No Dispute shall be arbitrated on a class-action basis or using class-action procedures.
(c) No Dispute may be brought in a representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.
15.4 Exceptions to Informal Negotiations and Arbitration
The following Disputes are not subject to the above provisions on informal negotiations and binding arbitration:
(a) Any Disputes seeking to enforce, protect, or assert intellectual property rights of a Party.
(b) Any Disputes related to allegations of theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, or unauthorised use of the Services.
(c) Any claims for injunctive relief.
15.5 Severability of Arbitration Provisions
If any portion of this arbitration provision is found to be illegal or unenforceable, then:
- Neither Party may elect to arbitrate any Dispute falling within the unenforceable portion.
- Such Dispute shall instead be resolved by a court of competent jurisdiction in accordance with the jurisdictional provisions set forth in these Legal Terms.
- The Parties submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
16. CORRECTIONS
The Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including but not limited to:
- Descriptions,
- Pricing,
- Availability, and
- Other details.
We reserve the right to correct any such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to modify or update the information on the Services at any time, without prior notice.
17. DISCLAIMER
The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Services is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, in connection with the Services, including, but not limited to:
